The Stewarts on BBC Radio 3

Today, a friend (who is well aware of my addiction to podcasts) mentioned the BBC Radio 3 program, The Essay. This week's topic is the Stewarts. The programs are as follows:

James I presented by Dr. Fiona Watson on October 4th.
James II presented by crime writer, Louise Welsh on October 5th.
Princes and Poets, presented by Dr. Sally Mapstone on October 6th
James IV presented by Katie Mapstone Stevenson on October 7th
A Love Affair with Firepower, presented by Dr. Fiona Watson on October 8th

The series is not available as downloadable podcasts and can on be heard on the BBC iPlayer for seven days after the original broadcast date. The links to each episode are here.

While these programs may not relate directly to migration or family history, they are interesting nonetheless and provide some background to medieval Scotland.  Happy Listening!
